If our workmanship fails, we make it right. Stitching or hardware fails, we repair at no charge.

The leather itself is harness leather. Vegetable-tanned, tallow-stuffed, built for decades of daily stress on working saddles and draft equipment. It doesn't fail. It ages. Natural wear isn't a defect.
