By placing an order with Ardent Leatherworks, you agree to these terms.

Orders and Pricing

All prices are in USD and include shipping within the United States. Texas residents pay applicable sales tax. International shipping available on request.

Orders ship within one week unless otherwise noted. You will receive tracking information via email.

Returns and Exchanges

Defects in workmanship: Contact us. We will repair or replace at no cost.

Wrong size: Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is your responsibility. We will exchange for correct size.

Change of mind: Not accepted. Each piece is made to order. Please measure carefully.

Warranty

Stitching, hardware attachment, and structural integrity are warranted against defects for the life of the product. Normal wear, patina development, scratches, and leather softening are not defects.

Limitation of Liability

Ardent Leatherworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in Travis County, Texas.
